If site is fully disturbed, at that time you will get support from your immediate senior but rest will play politics from back door this may harm you in future.

Company never be bad the employee working under the flag create culture good or bad. Due to different lobby of top management an employee as an officer can't work for progress,the hole time you have to face politics from seniors and down the level staffs,if you are just passing the time and any how just the site is running but principle employer is not happy with performance in there sense this is the right way to handle principle company by showing that in the plant premises operation is so tufe that no other vender can handle the site. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
