As an ICU RMO, my job was to manage critically ill patients under the guidance of primary consultants & ICU consultants. Most of them were quite helpful. Learned a lot of new things, new treatment protocols in providing the utmost quality healthcare to patients. My duty was for 48 hours a week, which means 2 complete days. We had tomake sure every due investigation or workup is done before the rounds....Read More

The job was really hectic. Had to sit in ICU even when there was no workup. One ICU consultant is really very rude to everyone. She will insult you unnecessarily in front of everyone even though she herself is half knowledgeable. Others were really cool and helpful. They have my utmost respect. But she can make any junior's life hell. Sometimes didn't even get a lunch break when she was on duty.
