When i joined this college i had a bad work experience here Because u r a outsider (not from bihar) they will treat u like u r nobody. Pathetic administrative y Terrible work environment All uneducated people over there. Worst college. In most of the departments no faculty or hardly 1 or 2. No hod’s in the department

Hi myself Deepak Kurian, I have worked in this Medical College. This is my very own personal experience that I am sharing. It is very good for the persons who want to join as a basic or a person entry level assistant professor. Because if you join as a fresher will be more to learn in this Narayana Medical College from the senior faculty. Everybody is one of the world class Laboratories that we have. There is a very big hospital present in the campus environment itself so doing practicals made easy for students. Administration involves less in all the matters. Oral a beautiful and good Medical College to join both as a student and as a working faculty. During this year's I got salary hike for two times in 3 years.
