Hi my name is Anil, I am working in this Narayana Junior College since 3 years. I take this wonderful opportunity of ambitious box to say a few words about this college. The very first day when I join this college I was very nervous how it would be to teach the teenagers. That trust me the support I got from the management and the students as well as co faculty is absolutely great. To improve our teaching skills they conducted workshops for us which are very useful in teaching two students. Industrious I got a salary hike for one time. You can learn lot of things from you a senior lecturers. Management doesn't involve too much. Instud they supported us lot in all the the activities and problems.
