Hello everyone my name is Sandeep I am working in Nanna Junior College from last two years I have very good experience with this Junior College at first I was very nervous when I join the Junior College thinking about my future but now after joining is junior college I got lot of hope about my future because the way you can explore the new things is very good if you perform well the salary hike they are providing is awesome. The conductive outings to refresh the mind of the lecturers. The workshop switch the contract the workshop which they conduct gives us lots of knowledge. Staff are also very supportive. Hi myself Venkatesh i worked 3 years in Narayana Junior College. I take this beautiful opportunity to say few words about this college. Basically I am very nervous when I join this college but the support given by the team members is excellent. The workshops which are conducted by the college on very much useful. If you perform well there is no chance that you will be fired from the college . Salaries are very good they will provide in time. Appraisals in the salaries are purely based on your performance. I have not noticed any politics that are going around the college....Read More

I want to share my working experience with narayana college. I worked as chemistry lecturer. Good working environment and management will conduct work shops for improvement of teaching skills.colleagues are friendly in nature. There will be team outings for refreshment

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
