Nothing to like other than curriculum and salary comes on time.

Unethical and Unprofessional Environment Full of gossip, politics, and job insecurity. Marks are manipulated by pressure from coordinators, and question papers are leaked. Management misguides parents with false promises and lacks proper school permissions. Staff aren’t even offered basic respect—no tea, no support. Not recommended for sincere educators. You can be fire any time any day

More working hours, which affects work-life balance. Less number of holidays and more number of working days per week (sometimes Sundays as well) Salary offered is less for freshers

First of all different branches of Narayana has different work cultures and management. Here since they are following NEET along with CBSE so you will get to learn and revise so many things which will be beneficial for strengthen your subject knowledge. Coming to job security its 100 percent as long as you are honest and true to your work. Leaves and leniency also depends on how well your performance is in the school. Salary side will always be little low comparatively to different schools, but its good . Working environment in some branches of Narayana is extremely smooth and good while in some branches its very strict. If you taking high school PCMB any of these subjects for 10th class only alternate sundays you have to come to school for teaching and taking exams of students. Well it provides me good platform to work in and also challenged my abilities, so I have to be involved in improving my self so that I can do better for my students.

Well due to some wrong leaders who were interfering with every one work and our working atmosphere get destroyed because of it.
