Very bad experience from Nandi Toyota I worked for 2 years as a service advisor I feel like cheating customer if we cheated the customer we will get good incentive I love this job because I love automobile but when I started my career In Nandi Toyota I feel like I'm a fraud to customer and I'm not at all satisfied with the company even we have lot of work pressure but it common to this field I liked that but from management side they are very rude to us we need to struggle a lot if any vehicle came for Service there for achieving our Target they force the Customer to do unwanted works if we cheated customer and make good labor we will get good incentive otherwise we got torture there from all management side it's not easy to get leave also so I don't recommend any one to Join in that company even TMC Toyota motor world know about this they will stop this service center because customer are cheated there...Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
