The company has good work culture and respect employees work life balance. The higher management has clear plans and strategies about the path forward of the company. The company prioritize ethical behavior and encourages opinions and freedom of speech.

Dislikes

The major concern is that the India market policies which is distinguished from the global policies. The Compensation and benefits is lower in the India region when compared to Global standards. Also there are some overlapping layers when it comes to defining roles and responsibility justifying the talent resources especially for the Support Function groups.
