I did not experienced any bad about the company. Only the infrastructure is old as the company is running from too many years..but they are working on the construction now..and soon we will have a face lift of the NDPL building🙂

Fresher should avoid to join this company. Bcoz there is no chance to learn. Senior team leaders are seniors bcoz of working for many years they don't have knowledge as per year of experience. they are just following orders of directors whatever.. Directors have so much involvement in architecture team.. Architects can't puts thereideas. Even senior architects also don't have basic rights to do working drawings or small details without permission of directors. For each evry small things 20yr experienced seniors also requird permission from directors. Director also so confused every time if anyone can try to put there ideas or try show any mistakes will happen by decision, they are talk very unprofessionaly with seniors also in front of everyone.. No salary satisfaction. Salary issue from last 5 years.. No time to time salary and no increment for couple of years.. No work satisfaction Bcoz nothing to do new things. Totally builder oriented company. There is no so much work pressure but, If anyone has no financial issues then he /she can join this company but no work satisfaction. There is scope for getting knowledge about site construction, mep services due to supportive in house team... But architecture experience is very horrible due to director and team leaders. Its totally fair review and not based on any bios information or personal revenge but what i seen in my 2.5yers span is mentioned....Read More

Salary gets delayed for 2-3 Months. Bonus which is part of salary, management doesn't pay citing reason company is in crisis. Management goes for foreign trips twice a year. Don't deposit PF on timely basis. (PF enquiry keeps happening, ongoing case in court) Management are not on same page, difference of opinion. Increments happen only for selected favorites. Has not happened for 3 years.

Thank you for your feedback, but would like to clarify few points mentioned by you. Salary happens every month in Naiknavare Developers, hence stating that it gets delayed for 2-3 months is false. Instead we also have additional benefits of Variable incentives which also happen on a monthly basis. Diwali Bonus has also been paid to all employees just recently in October 2024. Annual Increments/appraisals have been happening regularly for past 3 years for all eligible employees as per company policy.
