Nahar builders devloper do really care about their employee?? I have got my dues in October for the month of april and may... and that also only 30% of my salary.. very disappointed with the company policy.. and even i am not sure that company will ask us to rejoin to work.. !! Basic ally, they just dont care about there employee... !!...Read More

As an employee at nahar builders and devloper, i personally think that company should treat there employee better. As whoever joined company .... is well educated and capable for the post on whiche he or she is working.. so higher management should kept that in mind..

Very bad.. i was working there for more than 12hr a day continuously for month and didnt even got my weekly off..

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
