Very high Job security, Good work culture and company policies are very effective

I never like politics in management because Everytime the impact of politics comes in negative. Very difficult to eliminate that part from Nachi Management.

The work life in Nachi is very nice, I learned a lot in different fields, initially they provided Japanese language training and then send to Japan for technical training. In the begining Nachi spent a lot on their workforce and make multiskilled.
