Very Few likes. Earlier they were working on new technologies and creating a good market and a good name for themselves. It was a good and growing company

Now all that has gone down the hole. There is no job security, and no one knows when you will be asked to walk out without giving proper notice. Their work culture and ethics have gone down drastically. Randomly people are asked to do jobs not in their Job description. The job description here is a big joke actually. The ones doing the work are made to work like dogs and the ones who don't are still relaxing on their high chairs. Job location of people is changed where they have minimum to no say in the matter. Employees are treated as daily wage workers. They are not allowed to take leaves or even the holidays mandatory by the government. It used to be a big family, but now lately it has turned into the Disney stepfamily, where, most sincere people = the adopted child = are always overworked and never recognised. They give fancy designation to attract candidates

It's a startup because of which there are multiple drawbacks - processes are not aligned, manual working process, delayed salaries, job role mismatch. Poor appraisal system, abusive work culture. No proper documentation of processes and stringent work timings, and many more. I won't recommend this company to anyone.

Salaries are credited on time although there is not much appraisals in your CTC.

There is no professional development for employees or no skill development. They don't provide any reimbursement to those who are working at location other than central lab office( lonavala, chakan-pune) for traveling, outdoor duty and accomodation. They don't easily releive the candidate and tries to extend the notice period as per their convenience.
