Alot of things..no growth opportunities..only favourites get recognition..no job security they throw you like a dog..how hard you work..you don't get hikes as promised..Freshers get more salary than the experienced.. Chennai MyGate is given to kids with no proper experience to handle a team be a role model.. just plain scamming..

Everything else All decisions are knee jerk, very top down approach , employment terms are changed as per their whims and fancies , made to work on week off and no comp off given- expected to be available 24 by 7 , You will be expected to take your laptop even when out of station no matter how good RM you are, IF you can't monetize your portfolio- you are useless [You are a vasooli agent and all other things mentioned in JD dont matter] No training given to new joiners and they expected to learn it somehow HR policy are just showpiece , they are followed only when it is convenient for the employers and not followed when the case is in favour of employees...Read More

This company is total fraud. The work culture here is pathetic, especially for freshers. They just hire you and wrongly justify the work. They make you do FIELD WORK all week (which is not mentioned before). To add to this: They don't give Travel Allowance and you're asked to go to faraway places forcefully alone with 0 security and no compensation! The Operations manager and the General manager in Gurgaon office are very disrespectful and abused me on call on an off day. And yes, there is NO OFF DAY. It is 7 days working and 24/7 even if its 11pm in the night or 6am in the morning. They don't value their employees. They don't care if you've eaten anything throughout the day or you're lost somewhere on the road. They are just full of lies!...Read More

Work environment is good, people are supportive and helpful (However you may see some politics in different locations 😅) but, you will get real feeling of working for startup

Job security is the main concern, though I have worked for more than 3yrs but I saw people being laid off without any prior notice. Since pandemic company is laying off employees at the time of appraisal cycles also, appraisal cycle has been changed from bi-annually to annually. You will have to work on week offs and holidays.
