No job security, no work life balance, no clear picture of work, no clear picture of vision and what the company wants to do and achieve, they don't have money to pay salary so they will fire whoever they think are getting bit higher and hire a fresher on less salary. They fire 4-5 resources every month and hire few resources at comparatively lesser salary. And once they see that the resource is not being utilised for 9 to 10 hours daily then they will fire that resource by telling that their performance is not up to the mark or some other vague reasons. If a person does not want to ruin his/her career, refrain from joining this company....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
