Nothing, no job security, no work culture, no management, they don't follow any policy they make, twist the policirs for their own benefits. No employee satisfaction, no employee benefits. No growth.

There's no job security they make false commitments, lot of miss-comunication, there is no work culture, they don't follow their policies twist it according to their own benefits, no work ethics, there is no work life balance, no work culture, no employee benefits, no growth, people can't work more then 6 months if they stick for so long that means they are lucky enough and company needs them</mark>.
