Only thing that is positive is you feel is you have a office to go and sit. Would not recommend anyone to join the company

The management is worst, HR is horrible only knows the hiring process apart from that no knowledge she has of tax benefits tax deductions. They use the policy of hire and fire. No assistance provided for business development.

Poor infrastructure. Too much micromanaging. Work timings are strict. They have hire & fire rule. No business in the second month and they will put on PIP. Cannot talk to colleagues during office because the HR behaves like the owner as asks not to talk with each other. She doesn’t do anything expect from Friday parties and doesn’t even know how to make a salary slip. Very rude. Too Kuch politics. Can’t cut birthday cake because the other department gets angry. Tip - start focusing on things that actually matters and not such small things. You are building a company not a school....Read More
