job security is good, work culture is best, management is ideal in all aspects, But company HR policies for growth is poor

Dislikes

no promotion was given even working for 12 years and being eligible in all aspects. So looking for professional growth I have shifted other place.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
