Nothing to like about this company. Current COO is Racist, Unprofessional and egoistic person. If you want to be in his good book, you need to work according to him otherwise there will be no increment. Here increment happen as per leap year (After every 4 years). Don't waste your valuable career in this company. Even current employees are not satisfy with company's current financial conditions. No work life balance.
