Likes

Direct access to the Management the promoters gets me the clarity about company's work areas ans expectations, part of board meetings makes me aware of how the company runs as a whole.

Dislikes

Worklife balance isn't great, awkward timings for meetings and especially no WFH even during covid lock downs.
