As my experience I like only one matter. They are giving monthly salary don't ask any increment bonus or anything extra.what ever we will get in our joining time that they will give our final resignation time.

Dislikes

Sorry to say that I will never reffer anybody for to join with this co.There is no job security and from management side there are a good politicians. They are considering their staffs as an just use and through item's.

Work Details

As my experience work pressure is too terrible comparatively other competitive companies. Management never consider as their staffs are nomal human beings. They are thinking all staff s are like a machines. Co.management side didn't give ay proper support

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
