I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Compensation is low and Growth is slow. Some times teaching becomes repetitive and slow.

Administration (Network, Systems and office) with teaching or training of students. Coordinator for the university. Assisting the management, Head of the institution, faculties and students in various academic, and communication process.
