Good work environment but poor culture or even worse. Teammates aren't supportive and the management is literally worst. There isn't a good cafeteria or a pantry. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address or care our issues. Salary is just okay but not fair. Also there isn't a career growth at all. No proper staff training or even there isn't enough staff for shift. Managements are just focusing on their benefits only. Not ev en considering any staff or their issues....Read More
