Good work environment but poor culture or even worse. Teammates aren't supportive and the management is literally worst. There isn't a good cafeteria or a pantry. There wasn't any fun or entertainment apart from work. Company policies are poor and the salary hike and other benefits are poor.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address or care our issues. Salary is just okay but not fair. Also there isn't a career growth at all. No proper staff training or even there isn't enough staff for shift. Managements are just focusing on their benefits only. Not even considering any staff or their issues.

The job was extremely nice and i love it. But i struggled a lot because the company forced me to do many jobs as per their needs as it is not my prior job roles. They compelled me to do certain job which i don't like to do and there wasn't any additional
