I joined this company as a fresher in production department as a graduate engineer trainee and I've seen your work in production department and really inspired me because I saw the team work in action. I love working with a team to achieve a common goal, and I knew that I would get a good role in your company in the production department.

I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements but this company really inspired me and gave me a lot of learning in production as a fresher and in my views this is good for me.

Please fix the work of employees according to their qualifications.In your organisation most of your employees doing the same work whether he/she is graduate, diploma holder,12th pass or illiterate all doing same work

It is very bad...no rules are for the covid 19 ...it ia basically a carkhana type culture...all managers are using abusive languages...its very bad to work here
