Mumbai monorail is operated by Malaysian firm scomi engineering, Middle management of the company is good.system is very good we can learn new things about pelublic transport.

No salary on time from last 2 years, since last 2 months no salary yet. Hr is not proper,if you asks about salary they are saying they don't have any idea on same. Employees families are suffering a lot. If we asks they are simply saying that leave the company. We have given our 5 years for monorail. We are working with shortage ofmanpower from long back.company do not value of individuals.no appreciation at all.no increments from last 3 years. Nothing is good...Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
