It's a growing company so you can learn the things and gradually it makes you keep developing. Product's are market reliable. Employees are coperative so which make u developing skills and fills like family. All having day shifts for us so it helps balance life.

They prefer more to local language. Infrastructure is not that much good. Provide less Salary.

As a part of R&D I use to handle development of products as well as quality with my senior engineer so it's a good experience.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
