The opportunity created by MCX in job market directly and indirectly is quite significant. Technology platforms for Members and Exchange is best in the market. The team in Market Operations is quite good and best people I got to work with.

With the increase of volume of the Exchange, Management has not considered to increase team size and the time taken of replacement of senior positions needs attention of senior management or board. Retention of experienced team members is avoided by the management for most of the department in critical time.
