Working at Mukunda Foods Private Limited feels like being part of an experimental comedy show. The company essentially acts as a middleman – purchasing products from vendors and slapping their brand sticker on them, as if that magically turns them into something unique. There's no actual R&D happening; they don’t even know how to design a product. It's like the entire operation is based on the principle of "fake it till you make it." The R&D team? Well, they spend most of their time repairing stoves and chimneys, pretending to do something "innovative." Needless to say, actual research and development are completely off the radar. 😂😂😂 The management practices are equally chaotic. They hire unskilled laborers for a measly salary of 15k a month and don't seem to have any real standards in place. You’d think with such a low salary, they’d at least get the basics right – like timely payment – but no. Salaries are handed out on the 5th of every month, leaving workers in a constant state of financial uncertainty. And don’t even get started on production. There's no structured process, no standard operating procedures – things change based on whoever is in charge that day or whatever seems convenient at the time.
