There are some internal misalignments and work timings do go long. There's a fair amount of imbalance in terms of work vs personal but I think that's the whole point of working at a start-up; things are more chaotic and imperfect but the potential to learn and grow is massive and the ability to bring change is easier.

Work Details

As the Head of Operations, I head 3 verticals; Product Management, Production and Aftersales. I handle the entire revenue delivery channel and ensure our customers are successful.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)
