Here is many departments, and every department have their ideology. In some department you have to work in pressure but there are some department who made you work in pressure but also give you toxic negativity, depression and will not think or listen about your problems.

I have been here for the last 5 years and observed an excellent working environment and working hours suitable for me. Career growth on this campus is as per skill parameter, there is no limitation for this. Every teacher and management member maintains their ethics. I am satisfied with my job, the institution also provides in-service training and skill development workshops.

Dislikes

To visit the house of parents in case of absentee of students.

Very supportive pricipal sir, Every time they join to teacher at ground level to discuss and give fruitful suggestions to enhance our teaching learning strategies. Colleague are very supportive.
