Its a very good experience when I was working my colleagues they are encourage to learn new things. Before that I complete one year training in that training they taught how to care the child and also how we can taught in creative manner so its was really intresting things for me. The pressure of the works is very high they wants all the things on time. It is a good thing but u cannot do always on time. Sometime i get the work from home to complete. Bcze they wants to show children on next day.

Generally speaking,my work is challenging bcze 1st to 8th std children are very excited to learn different things and I love the kids so I m also very enjoy when they learn very curiously and they always appreciated to me n my colleagues to do always new.
