Company has good environment for work and also have best client compare to other mid-size Charted Accountant Firm. Good space for an article's and beginner in auditing.

Dislikes

Nothing much to about this, but some times stuck with same client and not easily change the client.

The learning opportunities through different types of assignments

Dislikes

Compensation is very low. Human Resource Management is terrible and needs to be really worked on. Work will never be valued. Office culture is based on nepotism.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
