If you join as a fresher(vb.net developer), at the initial stage, you don't get any training or knowledge transfer. In development team only 2 members at the time I worked. Each one have 3-4projects, if you going to ask any doubts no body will support you. If you're a fresher you need to do handle 2 new projects without any input. Even if you don't idea about what is API?. There is job security 👏 but you don't get any penny of rupees as your hike even if you're working more than 12hours.
