Every two weeks they will crew party for all crew members to spend some valuable time and relax

Dislikes

Once finished contract it’s take long period of time to get next contract so many crew members facing lot of problem in rescheduling once finished contract almost 1year waiting

Our MSC company should start pension who worked for than 10 years for the crew,job security is not so bad,mostly European management

It's good to work because of the passengers got good passengers friendly passengers and the atmosphere of working is good some officers are friendly they have experiences and knowledge and some of the supervisors also are friendly many time some meetings some briefings with the heads of departments.

Well some crew are bad behaviour mostly some of the heads of department officers are completely racists their have lots of discreamination between nationalities if their have Asian nationalities, if the heads of department and supervisors are same nationalities the make discreaminationa with others nationalities some crew even theydon't speaks good English they don't even understand well English they have some priority to in over all....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
