Company management has no vision for their department and down line management, Vertical head behaviour is worst and pathetic full partiality and politics no one is here for help they'll ask you to reach on moon without rocket. No role of HR department is this company, they're the puppets of senior management. Salary, promotions, job security is nothing No one in the company who took concrete solution.
