You will be treated as slave, even you have to listen abusive language and do work also. I am doing only for Experience as a fresher it's hard to find job. Seniors will always yelling at you even you work good also, they will find some mistakes and yell at you with abusive language. Please & Strictly look for other company as a fresh er, i will strictly not suggest you to come to MRF only for brand name. It's been 9 months i have hardly taken 5 leave even after requesting to seniors. Ego is the matter of senior. You have to achieve your Targets , even after achieving you have to listen words. During training you will learn that no pressure, no Target tyre will sell as this is MRF, but in reality you have pressure, targets , only truck & bike tyre sale, all other tyre like car, pickup tyre, JCB tyre, scooter tyre, Auto tyre you have to sell. Seniors will tell you to give those tyre to dealers without order, and then stress starts , now you have to make sure your dealer will take that order , dealer will tell i have not ordered this scooter tyre, auto tyre etc., Why you gave & seniors will pressurise you to make sure tyre will be done at counter. Very very very very......<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.100times pathetic work culture</mark>. I will leave as soon as I found other job, as i have to support my family , i will not leave like this. No work life balance, salary 45000as TSS will be provided you will feel good for 4-5 months but after that you will realise that this 45000 is not worth after that much , stress, abusive language, other mistreat, even your senior will use abusive language in front of customers, office labourers, then you will feel your image is nothing in front of them , even office labourers will be treated good....Read More

Growth is the factor which is major cause of concern in this organization in terms of both financially and personally .People over here are working on same designation for more than 3.5 years and still there is no sign of growth or promotions is evident as of now. Work life balance is terrible over here as per the appointment lett er you only need to work of 8 hour but honestly it is a 10-11hours job a day .Half days are here for name sake even on half days you still be working 7 hr atleast....Read More

The job seems to be quire intresting in the beginnning but as you grow old in the company you will find it mundane and boring .You are not allowed to put your opinions forwars you got a stick to whats company says .You cant be innovative and expressive .
