Can learn new things and management skills, secured job, if you are experienced before join in MRF should ask good salary and grade otherwise you will be loose.

Job security - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Partiality is very high ,, welfare is very worst, benifits also not that much good, there is no value for talented people except malayali
