It is not a Good Company for all the people. They are giving priority only to Malayali people i.e. native of Kerala. In fact, they are importing people from Kerala by dong business in Chennai. Most of the people are from Kerala. Hence, if you are a Malayali, then it is a very good Company. If you are a Malayali and joining MRF,you do not need to attend the work in time, you can sleep during working hours, you can simply chat with your colleagues continuously without even doing any work, etc., but, however, you can get not only salary in time but also promotion and other benefits.
