You will be a high paid slave. You will be monitored and scored by some uneducated and inefficient middle and senior management level. Who are outdated and overaged. A person who cannot stood on his foot, He is taking good decisions for the company so that atleast company can stood in front of other brands. Oh yes it is a Christiancompany and they strongly believe in christianity and also promote it. If you do not believe than take a list of name of senior and middle management. You can learn only if you have own interest. It’s all new plants are fully automated and hi- tech machines are available.

Work-culture is very bad. No work life balance like you have to come in 1st shift and work till end of general shift ( maximum times). Nobody will be there to support you even if you are fresher. They don’t give you accommodation and the plant is very far from the city area so, you need to travel 1 hour distance every day. So, it’s is like daily 11-12 hours working.
