No transperency in appraisal system. Resulting exploitation of employees by reporting managers. Favoutism, some managers treat employees very badly.no whilst blower policy hence managers have no dear can treat employees the way they want. No a good place if you have self respect.

Money ,good company for politicians due to politics

Increments are based on jaldras, no way to improve of knowledge, work stress,less manpower, management helping to workmen only, supervisors are treated as animal,no healthy food due to cost savings, company running in loss, many politicians are working in wrong place, no guarantee for job and health, very worst culture
