1- First of all company owner don’t know a single name of employees always need to remember him. 2- HR even don’t know the what is the actual shipping process to hire a candidate to do work in this pathetic firm. she never disclosed various company policies while joining the company. you will realise after joined the company. 3- HR,Marketing Team & Accounting Team sit at one branch and rest other departments sit at different branch hence no coordination between these peoples to make smooth work flow. 4 - Marketing, Sales Persons use very rubbish language I can say they behave like very cheaper, abusive and pathetic way. 5- No respect for employees. No Job Security in this company. 6- Not a single training as well not a well trained employees who can give you training on the floor. 7- Leave policy is far beyond of my thinking. you will get know once you join. 😂 8 - No bonus, No PF. multiple subsidies companies under MPRS. 9 -Zero Work Life Balance. 10- not a good company to make a career for longer horizon. 11- Team Leader is came here from Mars Planet.
