It's just like a Govt job whereas the career growth is also very slow like Govt job. Because this is Joint Venture of state govt & TCS nobody is take care about company or we can say owner less company, management is replaced in every 3 to 4 years company policies are good or bad it's depends on how much you licking boots of your seniors or management.

Company never give any benefits to employee in form of money due to that the employees are feel demotivate. No bonus no incentives, no over time allowance, salary growth not as per industry norms. Also not provide technical skills assistance for employees technical growth. Work in old technology.
