My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. We can say there are some skill developments training they provided through con calls and atleast they pay salaries at time.

Dislikes

Seriously it's a very terrible experience for me with these company. I worked with my full but they behavior towards there employees are very rude. They even use some languages they shouldn't have to. Once the employee left the company they treat like a garbage and even not picked up calls and they didn't give any fnf and all to anyone. Just beware of companies like these.
