Very Fast growing company as in mobile handset industry, Products & its services are good. You can learn things as the learning here can make you tough according to current market working scenario. Learning in terms of sales & distribution and its associated terms only.

Dislikes

Only and only sales is priority, No work life balance, no team engagement activity, purely sales driven company, appraisal and other employee beneficial policies are like just a paper working. No proper work timings, No PL encashment policy, HR's are like just a puppet from them you cant get anything in response.
