Staff is very orthodox and there is very much politics in the company HR is also not good.

Dislikes

Most of the employee's behaviour is not good lot of interference in everybody's life I suggest do not work in Mount Meru.

Its only thing I have completed 1.75 years in this company is just because of bonding I had with my teammates else there's nothing to do in this company there's no job security at all HR is one the worst part in this organisation. I personally been thrown out just because I have asked my and my teammates picnic money lying with my senior who is next to illiterate. Unusual interference of HR who are also incapable of filling up vacancies fruitfully. Not an employee based company at all. HR image is so worst as it got banned in one the icai campus interviews....Read More

No job security ata all anybody can be thrown out of this organisation like me. Salary appraisal is not sufficient pathetic system.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
