Mount litera provides very nice culture and rules for both teacher and students it demands hard work and detailing some time work becomes really hectic because of their continuous demands for filling details.... that is not because we teachers are lethargic but because we have to struggle for computer. Where 40 teachers struggle forone and single computer. the evaluation process is awesome it keeps detail track of students but some how they manage to loose data when asked for reevaluate as a result teachers have to manage on there intelligence for remembering what they have filled in early report. The thing that I treasured most is training they have very innovative and interesting training that takes place during holidays which enrich every employee with good knowledge....Read More

I dislike the favourism that use to take place in our school. Loud and abusive language of principal.

Hectic. Not because it is in abundance but because it has been informed at the very last moment and school timings very odd they manage to hold employee till the time they want

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
