Since the arrival of the new VP, Sanjiv Verma, the workplace dynamics have drastically changed, leading to severe dissatisfaction among employees. Many of my former colleagues and I have observed that employees are being treated unfairly, with no consideration for work-life balance.The management seems to lack strict policies for employee well-being, and HR & Admin, specifically Sneha, have been unresponsive regarding final settlements. Even after 90 days of my exit, my FNF has not been cleared, and I have come across several other ex-employees facing similar issues. No job security, they can thrash you any time they feel like. After leaving the company no on will respond your emails or phones. Basically they will no do F&F. Currently the comapny is being run by new team as everyone has left the organization after getting fedup of new VP who is now heading the Sales of the organisation. No plan on how sales will increase, only meetings & useless talks.

Only CFO Susanta Kumar Sadhukhan is very helpful. Also MD Tushar Choudhury is a good person. But managers HR down the line with whom you actually work make your life hell.

Dislikes

The least recommended company to join. You will have no life after you join here. Policies are made as per HR Himadri's wish. But non policies for employee welfare are followed. No holidays no leaves. You are forced to work even during Durga Puja holiday time.
