I am disappointed with my experience at Motivity. While working on the IVIS Configuration project, I was moved to the bench, and after a month, I was unexpectedly laid off without any prior notice. This approach is unfair, especially for freshers or those with only 2 years of experience. It's concerning that even though they offer a two-month salary, there is no clear communication or support regarding job stability, leaving employees uncertain about their future</mark>....Read More
