Bench time they don't remove job.

No work life balance. Project and work depends on client. There is no WFH if we are really suffering with problem management doesn't understand. There is no upskilling platform. No carrier growth. They will move dev to tesing depends on client requirements. Don't recommend to work in this organisation

Very good environment with futuristic leadership team. Encourages participative style of leadership. Have been mitigating the market risks and accordingly lead to compounding growth. Strong customer and product base right from the foundation. Large group of employees are with organizations on an average of 4-5 years and there are employees joined as an intern and now are at the level of VP, AVP, Directors, Managers etc. which explains the growth pattern. Crowning the freshers in the product teams with shared patents is something which separates MosChip from the rest in the market. The compounding growth and also be seen from the stock price (BSE). Partnering with TSMC is the cherry on the ice-scream. I am with MosChip from last 3+ years and still many more years to go with bulk aspirations. Has absolute spine in changing the policy for providing opportunities towards learning through certifications, Profiling from external communities converging towards a better leader/contributor, provision of executive programs for overall career growth which shall certainly lead to overall organization growth and contributes to the organizational objective.
