The only thing that i like about this company is it's wide range of lines running making it a great platform to learn.

What i dislike about this plant is it's work culture and bonus policy . Along with that there is no job security

I have learned a lot about safety in food and beverages and I always want to learn more. The safety culture is very good in the documents but the safety culture in the field is not correct.

1. Here the salary of the workers is not increased, in my safety department the salary has not been increased for 3.5 years which is very wrong, there should have been 8.5 percent increase in salary every year. 2. Here the focus is only on safety in audit

All staff members are open hearted and honest with positive work relationship.It was an amazing journey filled with personal growth , valuable learning experiences and wonderful memories.
